Andrew at Zoom helped us out towing our new caravan from Derbyshire to our pitch in Caernarfon. Everything was perfect, prompt communication from Andrew put our minds at ease throughout the organising of everything. Andrew turned up on the day in plenty of time for collection in uniform, with his towing vehicle branded and looking great. He was very understanding at the delays to collection caused by the dealership and even helped to site our caravan on the pitch when we arrived on site!
